Role play can benefit children’s learning in many ways: communication, making sense of real life, collaboration, self expression and autonomy, to mention a few. When an adult joins in this is a lot of fun and also re-confirms that this play is acceptable, good, and can be fully engaged in.

  • He looked at what was available and chose what he wanted doing.
  • The children blow dried his eyeballs and knees as he complained which made the children laugh.
