Character Education

Character Education

It has long been recognised that teachers are role models for children. Teachers are obligated to be the best they can be in all areas to evidence positive character traits. Character Education involves showing children their rights and responsibilities as a member of society and empowers them to make good choices in regards to their own education and their citizenship. The UNICEF Rights Respecting Schools programme is one way we embed this concept in our children’s daily learning.
